There is however a strict policy in place in order to facilitate this as our showroom must remain closed to walk-in customers. The law allows for a customer to call/email, put down a deposit and then arrange an appointment to come and view/test drive a particular vehicle.
The deposit remains fully refundable if in the unlikely event you decide the car is not for you upon viewing.
This arrangement has been confirmed by the Office of Product Safety & Standards who provide advice to your local councils & Trading Standards based on responses from central government.
We will still continue to offer delivery to all our customers, and the sales team will be able to talk over the phone, email and video to provide our customers with the same high standard of customer service that they are used to.
COVID-19 PREPARATION
All our cars are prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and receive an unrivalled multi-stage preparation process unlikely to be seen elsewhere:
Stage 1 - Full valet.
Stage 2 - Anti-bacterial wipe-down of all controls, handles etc.
Stage 3 - Anti-viral O3 ozone generator to kill all bacteria/viruses.
Stage 4 - Fragranced anti-bacterial fog generator.
Stage 5 - Steering wheel wrapped in protective film.
Stage 6 - At point of collection/delivery, an air sanitiser 'bomb' is used with the air conditioning running to ensure all is perfect for the new owner.
Most of our cars (if not all) are sold to the first person to view, however, in the unlikely event it isn't, we ensure each car is re-sanitised before further viewings.
There are hand sanitising stations in the showroom & office for your use and disposable gloves & masks can also be provided if required. We would ask customers to please wear a suitable face mask/covering when coming to collect a vehicle.
